End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you and Rings of Iman (“we”, “us”, “our”) for use of the Rings of Iman app and related services. By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to this EULA.

1. License grant

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the app on devices you own or control, strictly for personal, non-commercial use and in accordance with this EULA and applicable laws.

2. Restrictions

  • You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or sublicense the app.
  • You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app except where law permits.
  • You may not use the app in any unlawful, abusive, or harmful way.

3. Account and content

Certain features may require an account. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

4. Ownership

The app, including all software, branding, design, content, and related intellectual property, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by applicable laws.

5. Updates and changes

We may provide updates, fixes, and feature changes at any time. Some updates may be required for continued use of parts of the app.

6. Third-party services

The app may integrate with third-party providers (such as platform services, analytics, or notifications). Their terms and policies may also apply to your use of those services.

7. Disclaimer

The app is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from use of the app.

9. Termination

This EULA remains effective until terminated. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate this EULA, applicable law, or if needed to protect users and the service.

10. Governing law

This EULA is governed by applicable laws in the jurisdiction where the service operator is established, unless otherwise required by consumer protection laws in your country.
